I understand that this vacation certificate is valid for Deluxe Studio accommodations on an all-inclusive basis for five (5) days and four (4) nights for two (2) adults at Villa del Palmar, Islands of Loreto. I certify that all travelers participating in this promotion are between the ages of 30 and 70 at the time of travel. I confirm that I possess and can present a valid major credit card at check-in. I confirm that I speak, read, and understand English fluently. I understand that participation in this promotional offer requires attendance at a guided resort presentation and tour of approximately 90 minutes at Villa del Palmar, Islands of Loreto or another participating Villa Group facility. The purpose of the tour is to familiarize guests with the resort amenities and provide information regarding vacation ownership opportunities. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase. I agree to attend the presentation as required. Failure to attend may result in charges up to the full retail value of the vacation package. I understand this is a Loyalty Experience Rate – All-Inclusive (Non-Refundable After 7 Days). All sales are final after seven (7) days from the original purchase date and time. Resort fees are due at time of booking $22.95 per person per day, a mandatory $6 service fee per night per room at the resort. Subject to change at any time, No refunds.
This certificate has a retail value between $2,500 - $4,000 depending upon the time of year and number of travelers. It may only be redeemed by the indicated holder. Transferable if qualified. Family, no refunds.
This vacation certificate is valid for all-inclusive Deluxe Studio accommodations for 5 days and 4 nights for 2 adults, at Villa del Palmar, Islands of Loreto. 2 children under the age of 12 can be added for a cost at the time of purchase.
Available add-ons included with this package: 20% off retail on any activities, and 15% off retail on 1 round of golf per person per stay.
Any additional person over the age of 12 on the date of check-in will incur an additional cost. The certificate holder will be informed of the cost when the reservation is requested. Transportation, gratuities, and incidentals are not included.
The certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Extension can be requested at a cost at time of purchase or with reservations department at an additional cost.
All reservations are subject to availability.
Once confirmed, all reservations are final. No-shows for a confirmed reservation will be forfeited as well as any fees paid to Villa Del Palmar Islands or Loreto.
By activating this certificate, you have agreed to attend a VIP breakfast and guided tour of approximately 90 to 120 minutes at Villa Del Palmar Islands or Loreto to familiarize yourself with amenities available to you during your vacation and to explore options for participation in one of our vacation ownership plans. Should you fail to attend the tour, some penalties may apply. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase. All we ask is that you keep an open mind and have fun.
Presentations will be scheduled for the 2nd or 3rd day of your stay at Villa Group facility, However Concierge team can make changes to the date of your presentation as required. If you do not show for your presentation, you will be charged a retail price.
Qualified participants (Married or Cohabitating: 30-72, Single Females: 30-70, Single Males: 35-70) must present their USA or Canadian passport and be fluent in English or Spanish. A major credit card must be presented at the resort in the name of the qualifying person. We do not accept debit cards, check cards, or company credit cards.
Married couples must present government-issued matching photo identification with matching addresses. Newlyweds must bring an original marriage license or certificate if they do not have matching identification. One spouse must be between the ages of 30 and 72 years old at the time of the visit to the resort. Single females must be between the ages of 30 - 70, single males must be between the ages of 35 - 70. Participants must be gainfully employed or retired with a combined minimum annual income of 75,000 USD equivalent. All adult individuals must have a valid government-issued photo ID.
Owners and members of Villa del Palmar resorts do not qualify for this promotion, hotel or travel agency employees do not qualify for this promotion, as well as friends or family members of employees of the Villa Group or any or their affiliates.
The certificate can be used during holidays for an extra additional fee: Holy week, Easter week, Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Presidents Day, and Thanksgiving. All reservations are subject to availability.
This certificate is not intended for group travel. Group travel is considered to be more than 2 families, friends, or vacation certificate holders traveling on the same or overlapping dates.
Married and cohabiting couples must travel with their spouses or significant others. This certificate cannot be used with any other Villa Group offers or promotions.
